Neighborhood Watershed Improvement Fund:
“The purpose of the Neighborhood Watershed Improvement Fund is to maintain and improve the water
quality of the Southern Hills neighborhood lakes so the watershed in and out of the lakes helps improve
water quality downstream to public parks and creeks.”
